Is my new Ken Parker market umbrella durable?

Yes, all umbrellas in the Ken Parker Collection are painted with durable, sun and mildew resistant paint, the same used on highway billboards.   See Umbrella Details for more information.

How do I clean my Ken Parker umbrella?

The fabric is easily removed from the frame for washing in the home laundry or dry cleaning. DO NOT put in the dryer. Place back on the frame while slightly damp.   See Umbrella Care for more cleaning tips

What sizes are available in the umbrellas?

The Ken Parker Collection is available in 6, 9, or 11 foot octagonal  & rectangular shape.

Can my Ken Parker patio umbrella be shipped to me?

Yes, of course. We ship FedEx ground or FedEx Home delivery service which takes 2-7 days to arrive depending on your location.  You will recieve a ship notice when your order ships.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Each of our umbrellas are created upon request making each one uniquely one of a kind.  Typically we can have your order ready to ship within 10-14 days.  Expedited service is available for an additional charge

I like one of your designs, but it doesn't match my furniture!

Are accessories available?

The Ken Parker Collection provides a variety of table covers, placemats, napkins, chair covers, and hammocks. We can also hand paint patio cushions, floor cloths or other accessories.   We're working on images for the site, but until then please contact us for details
